Making payments and topping up your gold card account has become much simpler

For our Members convenience and speed at the tills we are moving towards our systems being cashless payment only.

In order to avoid queues at the till in busy times we are suggesting that members set up an account using the Upay app.  This allows members to view every transaction on the Upay App and will give members increased security over their Gold card accounts.

To set up Upay you will require the following information:

1. Your Affiliate ID for the Royal Temple Yacht Club – This is “RTYC”  

2. Your User ID (Every member has a User ID (Membership number) If you dont know your membership number then please either check on WebCollect or ask a till operator to look it up for you.

3. Your Email address and then you set up your password within the Upay App.

 The Upay user guide shows far more than you need to know right now but its worth a read to see where  we can go with it for the future.  Should enough people request it we will set up a tutorial evening very soon at the club to help everyone get started.
